Style, material and type of connection with wall are set.
When calculating according to API 650, the following options are available for joining the roof to the wall (Fig. 2):

The calculation of the supported roof strength and buckling is not performed in the current version of the program; only weight loads due to metal structures are taken into account. The weight of the frame roof can be specified in various ways:
manually (weight value is specified);
by the attached frame (it is necessary to prepare the frame model in a third-party CAD system similarly to the “Custom equipment” component (Fig.3);
by supported roof designer tool.
