Pump loads can be checked following methods:

API 610 / ISO 13709 / GOST 32601-2013 Method

Kellogg Method

This method is not standard and can be used as a basis for coordinating allowable loads on pumps with the manufacturer.

Pump load analysis is done according to [1]. Allowable values are based on normal pump operation and are derived from oil refining and petrochemical industry experience in the USA, but they can be used for other industries as well.
